Thickness Gauge NOVOTEST UT-45

Ultrasonic thickness gauge for laboratory or workshop use when checking the thickness of complex-shaped products, usually turbine blades, as well as other mechanical engineering products of complex shape. It is used when it is necessary to ensure high measurement accuracy, productivity and reliability of control.

Thickness measurement uses a zero-crossing method to provide the highest accuracy available with ultrasonic thickness gauges. As it should be for industrial ultrasonic thickness gauges, the device is equipped with specialized PC software, which provides:

• visualization of A-scan signals;
  • the ability to configure all parameters of the thickness gauge from a PC saving and loading thickness gauge settings;
•  
  • saving control results in the database with subsequent viewing control of the parameters of the thickness gauge during the inspection.
